Note: You can change your username once for free. To change it again, you'll need Knowt Ultra.
Changing your username
Visit settings and scroll to Account Security.
Click Change next to your Username.
Enter your new username and confirm.
Try to choose a username that's easy to remember and appropriate for all ages.
Note: School-managed accounts may not be able to change their username, email or name — these are set by your school.
On the app?
Go to your Profile page in the bottom left of your screen.
Tap the settings icon in the top right.
Tap Account Settings, then Change next to your username.
