Unfortunately, we don't currently allow users to change their account type within Knowt.

If you made a mistake selecting a "Student" or "Teacher" account at sign up (or need to change your account type from "Teacher" to "Student" or vice versa), please feel free to reach out to our team using the built-in support chat.

During the onboarding you have the choice to select what education level you're using Knowt for, like "Middle School" or "College". If you put the wrong one, don't worry, it's only for our statistics! It won't change anything about your experience on Knowt!
