Using Chat on the website
Click Chat in the left sidebar.
Type your question. Use the + button to Attach file, add a Code block or Math, draw on the Whiteboard, record Audio or Search web.
Press Enter. Kai explains step by step, and you can keep the conversation going.
Note: Chat is part of Knowt Ultra for students (a crown icon shows next to it on the free plan). If your account belongs to a school organization, chats are monitored by the school — and the school's administrators may have disabled Chat for students or teachers in their organization settings, in which case it won't appear in the sidebar.
On the app: Snap & Solve
On mobile, tap Solve in the bottom menu to snap a photo of a problem and have Kai walk you through it — see How do I use the Snap & Solve feature?
