How can I request a refund?

We want to make sure you're getting everything you need from Knowt; follow these steps below to request a refund.

[IMPORTANT]: Please note that we cannot provide refunds for purchases made on iOS or Android devices. If you need a refund on iOS or Android, please refer to this Apple article or this Android article for help with requesting your refund.

Knowt website refund

Our refund policy is simple. If you believe you mistakenly signed up or renewed a paid Knowt subscription, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit settings, go to the "Your Plan" tab, and click "Cancel Subscription."

  2. Let us know why you're cancelling your subscription so we can continue to improve Knowt!

  3. Submit cancellation!

    1. If you're eligible, you'll receive an automatic refund based on our refund policy outlined below. Please allow 5-10 business days for refunds to process and appear in your bank account.


Refund policy

  • Within 48 hours of renewal or initial subscription, we’ll refund you the full amount (minus the ~3.5% transaction fees incurred by Knowt for processing the refund).

  • You can reach out up to 72 hours after in order to receive a 50% refund as well (minus the ~3.5% transaction fees incurred by Knowt for processing the refund).

Note: All displayed prices are in USD. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to see the refund in your account.
