Find the flashcard set or note in your Materials, click its three-dot menu and choose Manage sharing.

Under Viewing access, choose Password.

Set the password, then Copy link and share the link and password with whoever needs it.

3. Set the password, then Copy link and share the link and password with whoever needs it.

Anyone with the link and password can view and study the file, but not edit it. To remove the password, open Manage sharing again and choose a different access level.

With password protected files, anyone with the password you create will be able to see and study your note, but not have access to edit it.
