How to customize your profile page
Help with account management on Knowt.
Your profile page on Knowt is a great way to show other users who you are and what you’re passionate about!
This article will show you how to customize your profile photo, profile page color, and your profile cover image. Toggle between the tabs below based on whether you’re using Knowt on a web or a mobile device.
Customizing your profile page on web
First Step
From the Knowt homepage, click the profile icon at the top right of your screen and select “Profile.”
Second Step
To upload a cover image click “Customize,” then “upload photo.” Choose your image (up to 3MB in GIF, JPG, or PNG format) and click “Save!”
To upload a profile photo click on the profile icon right above your name, this will take you to the Settings page. From here, click on the profile icon again to choose your photo. Once you click “Set,” you’ll be able to see your new profile photo.
If you’re subscribed to either our Plus or Ultra plan, you can also customize your profile page color! To do this return to the profile page and click “Customize.” Choose your color and click “Save!”
Your profile is a great way to build a community with people who share your interests. So take some time to update your profile and make it the best it can be!
