How to change your account email
Looking to switch the email you’re using for Knowt? Follow these steps:
I usually log in with my email
First Step
Go to the Knowt site and click the profile picture on the top right of the screen.
Second Step
Select settings and scroll down to click Change Email.
Third Step
Enter your current email, your account password, and your desired new email, then click the update button.
Fourth Step
That’s it! You should see your new email listed in the Change Email section. Try refreshing your page to see it updated if it doesn’t appear instantly. You can now log in to Knowt with your new email address.
I usually log in with Google
If you log in to Knowt with Google, you can only switch the Google account that you use to sign in with Knowt! Log out of your current Google account and sign in with a different Google account to use for Knowt.
I usually log in with Apple
If you log in to Knowt with your Apple ID, you can only switch the Apple account you use to sign in with Knowt! Log out of the current Apple account and log in to a different Apple account to use for Knowt.
I usually log in with Facebook
If you log in to Knowt with your Facebook account, you can only switch the Facebook account you use to sign in with Knowt! Log out of the current Facebook account and log in to a different Facebook account for Knowt.
