The Edit page

At the top you can change the Title and Add tags. Each question is listed with its point value, an Edit button and a delete icon. Click + Add a question between any two questions to insert a new one, or Regenerate at the top to have Kai rewrite the whole assessment.

Editing a single question

  1. Click Edit on the question.

  2. Additional Stimulus — optionally add one image, passage or audio clip. It appears on the left of the exam next to that question. Only one stimulus can be added per question.

  3. Question — edit the question text. The toolbar supports formatting, lists, math symbols and code.

  4. Point value for this question — change how many points the question is worth.

  5. Answer and Option 1–3 — edit the correct answer and the distractors for multiple choice. For true/false, pick the answer from the dropdown; for short answer, describe how the response should be graded.

  6. Click Regenerate to have Kai rewrite just this question, Cancel to discard your changes, or Done to keep them.
