Creating flashcards
Click the green + button at the top of Knowt (or the Flashcards card on your Home page) and choose Flashcards.
Pick how to start: Create from a PDF, PPT, or Video/Audio, Create from live recording, Create from scratch, Import from Quizlet, Import manually (paste a list of terms) or Import from Google Drive.
Fill in the Title, Description and any tags, then add your terms and definitions. Each card can also have an Image or a Recorded audio clip, and clicking into a term shows Add multiple choice options and Add custom hints.
Need a hand? Use the Kai panel on the right to generate cards, make them more detailed or concise, or regenerate ones you select.
Click Save & Create at the top when you're done.
Tip: Teachers creating a set for students can assign it to a class straight from the set's Share menu.
Editing flashcards
Open the set from your Materials, click the three-dot menu and choose Edit this set — or click Edit on the set page. Make your changes and click Save.
On the app?
From the Home screen, tap Create and choose Flashcards.
Add your terms, then tap Save.
