How can I delete files?

If you're looking for a quick way to delete your files off of Knowt, follow the quick and easy steps below!

Deleting files

  1. Find the file you would like to delete

  2. Click the 3 dots on the file to open the more actions menu.

  3. Click "Trash this set" (or "Trash this note").

You can view deleted files by clicking Trash under Library in the sidebar.

Permanently deleting files

  1. Click Trash under Library in the sidebar.

  2. Click the 3 dots on the file to open the more actions menu and choose "delete."

  3. Click Confirm to permanently delete the file.

To clear everything at once, click Empty trash. To act on several files at once, click Select multiple.
