Troubleshooting Help
Are you experiencing an issue with your video upload of not being able to continue, specifically when attempting to click the next button? See the instructions below to troubleshoot.
Tip: If your video is not uploading, please first try disabling your ad blocker. If that doesn't work, please email the file to [email protected] with the subject FILE NOT UPLOADING in all caps.
If your file is too big for email, upload it to Google Drive first and send us a link to it there (make sure it's shared publicly).
If the video you click "Next" on doesn't respond, select the home button to return to the Knowt home page.
The card for the video you uploaded should still show up under Your Files, which you can then select and open to get back to your video.
