If your file is not uploading, please first try disabling your ad blocker. You can upload up to 30 files at a time on AI Summarizers, so if you're adding more than that, split them into smaller batches. If that doesn't work, send the file to our team in a message (if you're already chatting with us, just reply here with it attached) and someone on the team can take a look at it!

If your file is too big to be emailed directly, upload it to Google Drive first and send us a link to it in your message (just make sure it's shared publicly).
