Troubleshooting file uploads
If your file is not uploading, please first try disabling your ad blocker. If that doesn't work, please email the file to [email protected] with the subject FILE NOT UPLOADING in all caps.
If your file is too big to be emailed directly, upload it to Google Drive first and send us a link to it there (just make sure it's shared publicly).

After viewing an article, press the back button in the top left of the help center popup.
