Adding accents to your flashcards

  1. Locate the flashcard set you'd like to add accents to. Then, click the more actions button (3 dots icon) and select "Edit this set."

  2. Click into a term, then click "English" (located right under where you write a term) to change the language.

  3. Select (or search for) the language you'd like to use.

  4. You should now see all available accents pop up when you edit a term! You can also switch the definition's language through the same process.

  5. Make sure you click "Save" when you're done to save your changes!

That's it! You should now be able to add accents or math symbols to your flashcards! Additionally, the new language will show up in all learning modes too!

Tip: Note that changing the language on the term side of your set doesn't change the language on the definition side as well. You'll need to switch the definition's language through the same process if you want to add accents to definitions.

How do I type superscripts?

To use accents or symbols when answering questions in study modes, please make sure that you have changed the language on your flashcard set to your target language or math. Once you've done this, you'll now see the menu of accents or symbols appear when studying!
