Pausing your subscription

First Step

Log in to Knowt.

Second Step

Click on your profile picture in the top right, and click settings.

Third Step

Scroll down to the Plans section.

Fourth Step

Click the pause subscription button.

Fifth Step

When pausing your subscription, you can choose between pausing for 1, 2, or 3 months. Select your desired time and then click the red pause subscription button on the bottom right.

Pause your subscription instead of canceling if you’re taking a break!
