Is Knowt down?
Knowt is very rarely down, so if something isn't loading, it's usually something local. Try these first:
Refresh the page, or open knowt.com in a new tab.
Log out and back in.
Turn off your ad blocker or try a different browser — see How can I turn off my ad-blocker? and Browser and Device Compatibility.
On a school network or device? Knowt may be blocked by your school — see Knowt is blocked or not loading.
Clear your cookies — see How to clear your cookies.
Tip: If Knowt still isn't loading after these steps, it may be a wider issue on our side. Message us in the support chat with what you see (a screenshot helps) and we'll let you know what's going on.
