How to duplicate a flashcard set into your class

These are the steps to duplicate a flashcard set into your class. You'll have your set copied into your class and ready to go in no time.

Duplicating a set outside of your class

  1. Find a flashcard set you would like to duplicate into your class. You can visit the explore page, use the search bar on the top of the site, or even browse through the Exam hub.

  2. Click the more actions button (3 dots icon) located on the top right of the file card.

  3. Click Duplicate.

  4. Click create on the top right after editing any desired information such as title, tags, and description.


Moving the duplicated set to your class

  1. After creating the duplicate set, it should automatically open and display the "Visible To" widget directly under the flashcard counter.

  2. On the Visible To widget, click Move to class.

  3. Select the class you would like to move this set to through the dropdown button.

  4. Choose the desired sections to have view access for this file by clicking the checkboxes.

  5. Click next to keep these new changes.
