Currently, we automatically ban gamification for users who gain too much XP or too many coins in a short period of time. If you believe a ban on your account was made by mistake, or if you want a further explanation as to what may have happened, please reach out to us by clicking Help in the bottom-left corner of Knowt and choosing Contact Support. Where, possible, we can remove the gamification ban and reset you to 1,000 coins/XP!
